Into the Light - Polyptych

These four paintings were inspired by the battle against cancer of a dear friend.  She was so angry to have this terminal disease in her forties. I felt that her anger was exacerbating the progression of her illness.  These works present the option to look into the light, or be consumed by anger and darkness.
